About Alina Mendoza

Alina Mendoza was born in San Diego and then moved to the small town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado.  Alina cherished the summers she spent in San Diego after being in Colorado for the cold, snowy winters.  It was always her goal to move back to San Diego and she finally made it back to America's Finest City in 2005.

Once back in San Diego Alina was ready to get to work.  Within a few days Alina was the receptionist for The Ruth Pugh Group at Century 21 Award.  This was a major turning point in Alina's life; she completely immersed herself in learning as much as she could about real estate and within 3 years she held the positions as a receptionist, transaction coordinator and listing/marketing coordinator for the team.  In March 2008 Alina made the decision to join the team as a Realtor for The Ruth Pugh Group and help people with buying, selling and investing in real estate.

Alina specializes in helping first time homebuyers find a place they can call "home", real estate investors find that slammin' deal and distressed homeowners explore their options to avoid foreclosures.  Communication is a key component with any real estate transaction and Alina makes it a priority to learn her client's specific needs and wants.
